A genuine platform with a HUUGE variety and option's on the video creation. definetly recommend
I didn't expect MakeUGC.ai to actually reduce my chaos, but it did. The briefs feel curated instead of random, and the platform has this "quiet efficiency" that makes it easy to jump in, apply, and bounce out.
Answered all my questions were very fair with credits back for mistakes, made it a very trusting experience.
Mugc works and delivers as expected, very smooth operation. Had no problem with billing as others had mentioned.

We started testing MakeUGC.AI for sourcing creators for small product launches. The interface is simple enough that my team didn't need a long onboarding, and the content delivery workflow is surprisingly smooth. A few creators missed deadlines, but that's not on the platform. The matching system has been helpful and the pricing is reasonable. Not perfect, but it's become part of our weekly toolkit.
Makeugc has been sofar generating me positive work result's! Awesome for E-commerce or else.
A 5/5 software, Although it has a learning curve as other people said but after that it definetly is gold for the price.
The platform had some initial issues, but customer support was responsive and addressed everything quickly. It is still evolving, but the team clearly stays on top of user needs. Compared to other UGC tools, this ranks in my top 3.
I've used MakeUGC for a bit now and honestly the creator briefs are the thing that surprised me most they're actually clear and not full of fluff like other softwares, so you don't end up guessing what the brand wants. The site runs smooth, nothing weird with billing, and everythings worked like it should.
I love my experience with Make UGC. It gave flexibility and offered a lot options to get my work done. I look forward using Make UGC on my next project again.
Great Software, So far so good for work
Just wanna add my own expierence here cuz this review makes it sound like everyone gets scammed. I've been using MakeUGC for a while now and honestly haven't had any problems at all. Billing's been normal, support has replied every time I've needed something, and the platform works like it should. Not saying your situation didn't happen, that sounds super annoying, but it def doesn't match what I've seen. Might've been some weird account issue or miscommunication, idk. Just wanted to point out that not everyone is having the same problems and for me its been smooth.

I own an agency and a couple of businesses that rely heavily on content, can´t recommend MakeUGC enough, is really great, the best part is the support team, is fast and very reliable, been using it almost since the beginning, keen to see what they have in plans for the future
Super impressed with Makeugc, Fast, Realistic and perfect for testing new ad creatives. Definetly worth it.
That said, it's clear some users have had a tougher time, so the company might want to take a closer look at how consistent the cancellation flow is across accounts. For me personally, the platform worked as advertised and I didn't encounter the issues others have described.

Been using this software since the day of release, honestly haven't thought of changing it anytime soon. Been delivering as should.
Customer support really took the effort to help me out and so far it seems they could do very good work, my problems are solved and im back to making UGC that so far has performed well. It did not take too much time and im enjoying the product

I am fairly new to utilizing AI in my business marketing strategies. I went to one company before looking at MakeUGC and I was disgusted with their customer service and their videos and help menu to run their program. I then tried MakeUGC. First of all they had many videos to help you understand how to use the product, and second of all when I contacted customer service I got a real person. I have to say she was very patient and very consistent with helping me. I highly recommend this company and the most important thing is they got a great product and really fantastic customer service people can go anywhere they want for their products but what makes a difference is customer service. I highly recommend this company

Simple to use and you can create tons of avatars. You just might need to practice your prompt engineering a bit to get things right.

The quality of the video output is amazing! There are some really cool features as well like being able to get the AI to hold my ecom product. Have been able to scale up net new ads in the account a lot and is a lot cheaper than paying multiple creators

Honestly thought it was going to be another basic UGC ai generator but I was blown away. The speed of generation was worlds better than other AI UGC softwares and the quality was great. Helped me scale my store from 10k/m and having to pay affiliates to 100k/m and no affiliate spread. Massive.
